Boat Ramp!!! Accommodations for 6 - 7 people. A back deck for grilling and a small gathering area. A very
large front porch for family time and watching the Lake Martin sunsets and sunrises. A large boat dock with a large seating area and floating dock for fishing and water fun. An
extra long pier for boat mooring and swimming area. There are night lights on the boat dock for night time fishing. There
is a very nice flat large lawn for children to play and 2 driveways for ample parking for several automobiles. This private
home and lawn is kept in pristine condition at all times and we "expect" our guest to respect our hard work and
pride. The home has a lot of amenities and in excellent working order. The " Dish TV Network " is setup to receive
your favorite Auburn
or Alabama football
game. " Or " share the football afternoon with other fans at " our " favorite lake side restaurant Harbor
Docks and enjoy great food and live music after the game!!! Come share " A Little-Bit-Of Heaven " and help us care
for this wonderful place, as we know you will want to return at a later date. This lake home is located 10 minutes by water
from 2 marinas and 2 water front restaurants on Lake Martin in the Kowaliga
Bridge area. Please
understand the RV Parking area, maybe rented at the same time as the home. The owners will always strive to uphold the privacy
of their guest. We are very open to a late Sunday checkout as we encourage a wonderful Sunday Brunch with "Lake Side Dining".

Motor Home Parking :
To the right of the pier is a site for Motor Home parking, with a 30 amp electrical
hookup. A fresh water hookup is also provided, grey water maybe discharged onto the grass, and there is a " BLACK "
water septic tank dump available. There will be "NO" tents allowed at any time. Please understand the home, maybe
rented at the same time as RV Parking. The owners will always strive to uphold the privacy of their guest.

Rules:
Pets : Yes – "ONLY" on the outside and what they deposit, please clean up after.
The large front porch has a secure gate to keep your pets from wondering off and night time security.
Smoking :
Yes – Outside "ONLY",ash trays are provided and "DO NOT" think of using the lawn.
Must
be 25 years of age for consideration of rental.
An inspection after departure will determine the return of your
deposit and return request.
